Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG)patients; 2. chronic angle-closure glaucoma patients; 3. best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) is better than0.5; 4. do not have other fundus diseases and eye surgery history; 5. sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. aphakia or intraocular lens eyes; 2. have ever used steroid medicine systemically or partially; 3. cornea opacities; 4. vitreous opacities.
