Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 ~ 70 years old (including 70, 40 years old) outpatient COPD patients, the gender is not limited; 2. All participants must Complete pulmonary function tests before the start of the study 3 months, and were diagnosed with COPD according to the GOLD line of 2015; 3. smoking history>=10 pack*year; 4. The use of the drugs in this study is not prohibited or excluded, and the dose remained stable before the study; 5. All the patients signed a consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other respiratory diseases (such as asthma) with the addition of COPD; 2. The patient occurred in the severe COPD acute exacerbation during the past 30 days (defined as the deterioration of patients with COPD symptoms, the need for systemic use of corticosteroids or / and antibiotic therapy, or hospitalization); 3. Combined with limb movement disorder; 4. With severe organic disease, and accompanied by functional insufficiency; 5. taking betaloc or other drugs which affect heart rate; 6.the researchers think that patients who are not fit to participate in clinical research. Patients have an obvious condition of disease or disease, which may make the patient in danger or interfere with the assessment of the study.
