Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I~III; 2. Without serious heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney function damage before operation; 3. No preoperative mental disease history; 4. No history of preoperative administration of anxiolytic, antidepressant, antipsychotic drugs; 5. Aged more than 60 years; 6. The score is more than 23 points of mini mental state examination before anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age under 60 years old. 2. Suffering from serious systemic diseases such as heart disease. 3. History of mental and neurological disorders. 4. History of preoperative use of antidepressants, anxiolytics, and tranquilizers. 5. Illiteracy or inability to communicate effectively. 6.Before anesthesia, the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) score should be less than 23 points.
