Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 70 years; 2. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) status of 0-2; 3. Pathologically diagnosed with NPC; 4. NPC patients with T1-4N3M0 IVB stage based on the 7th version of the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) staging system; 5. No hematological diseases, white blood cell counts of at least 4*10^9/L, hemoglobin level of at least 80 g/L, platelet counts of at least 100*10^9/L, alanine transaminase (ALT) levels at least 2.5-fold below the upper limit of normal, and normal kidney function (creatinine clearance rate >=60 mL/min.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed with metastasis; 2. Serious heart, liver and kidney function damage; 3. With a history of other malignant tumors; 4. With radiotherapy or chemotherapy,ectomy of nasopharynx,lymph node biopsy or topical treatment; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Mental abnormality; 7. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) status >=3.
