60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) healthy community-dwelling elderly; (2) with normal global cognition; (3) without neurological or mental diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) scored less than 24 on Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE); (2) scored more than 16 on Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) score; (3) had visual or hearing impairments which would hinder from training; (4) could not guarantee a full participation because of scheduling conflicts.
