Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Spinal cord injured level is at T10 (ASIA A or B); (2) Muscle strength of lower limbs is 0, muscles on lower limbs lose voluntary contraction; (3) Subjects can walk with KAFO under assistance of a walker; (4) Muscular tension of lower limbs <=1 (Ashworth level); (5) No bone fracture, good cardio capacity, no serious complications (e.g.heart and lung disease, traumatic brain injury, etc.); (6) Age is more than 18, and less than 50.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Spinal cord is unstable.No spinal cord diseases(e.g.spinal stenosis,spondylolisthesis,etc.); (2) Age is more than 50 or less than 18; (3) Muscular tension of lower limbs >=1 (Ashworth level); (4) Subjects cannot walk with KAFO under assistance of a walker; (5) Subjects suffer complications including orthostatic hypotension,ectopic skeletogenesis,deep vein thrombosis, etc. (6) Subjects suffer serve liver and kidney disease,blood system diseases,malignancies; (7) There are devices in the body like pacemaker.
