18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IPL group: 1) meibomian glanddysfunction grade 2-3; 2) Fitzpatrick sun-reactive skin typing I-IV; 3) patients have wishes to improve orbital skin problem (including pigmented or vascular dermopathy andacne) andhave no history of intense pulsed light treatment. Control group: 1) being matched in age with IPL group; 2) meibomian glanddysfunction grade 2-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) acute episodes of ocular surface or facial skin diseases; 2) history of sun exposure or allergy disease within one month; 3) any topical or systemic diseases which are possible to affect results (facial skin cancer, recurrent herpes simplex, graft-versus-host disease, systemic lupus erythematosus andetc.); 4) surgical history of treatment andocular areas, andmedical history of any other treatment which may affect results andthe intense pulsed light treatment.
