18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the gallbladder wall was not thicken than 0.4 mm; 2. the gallbladder function was normal which evaluated by its volume variation; 3. not concomitant with cholangiolithiasis; 4. the safety and tolerance of the patients, who concomitant with hypertension, diabetes and cardiac insufficiency, were evaluated by relative departments; 5. personal desire to preserve the gallbladder was also need to be considered and the stone recurrence risk had been informed in a regular conservation before operation.
