Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Upon approval of the ethics committee at our hospital, the patients or their family members have signed informed consent; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria of acute coronary syndrome; 3. Age>=18 years of age; 4. Patients on clopidogrel>7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they had a history of bleeding diathesis, chronic oral anticoagulation treatment, contraindications to antiplatelet therapy, hemodynamic instability, platelet count 300*10^9/L,AST OR ALT>Reference 2 times, Cr>140umol/L.
