18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age between 18 and 60 years; 2. Consistant with the diagnosis of POAG including: (1) Open anterior chamber angel on gonioscopy; (2) Glaucomatous optic nerve damage; (3) Associated visual field defect without any ocular diseases or conditions that may raise IOP) 3. BCVA>0.5 with spherical refraction between -6.0 and +3.0 diopters and cylinder correction between -3.0 and +3.0 diopters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age 60 years; 2. A history of intraocular disease or systemic disease; 3. A history of ocular or refractive surgery; 4. Neurologic diseases that could affect the visual field; 5. high myopia participants
