Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 to 65, and the course of the disease in more than one month; Sex unlimited; 2. According to the western medicine diagnostic criteria,it can be conformed cases of finger amputation or brachial plexus injury because of trauma; 3. At the beginning, the subjects have not been dealt with other naturopathy except for drugs; 4. The function of heart, lung, liver and kidney is normal; 5. The subjects have not touched acupuncture therapy, and do not know acupuncture mechanism and needling sensation; 6. The pregnancy test negative; 7. Adverse events and curative effect can be observed smoothly in conjunction with the subjects; 8. The subjects or its legal representatives have signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis is not clear; 2. The reason of obstacle of Limb Movement is not trauma,such as tumer and strok; 3. The reason of finger amputation is not trauma;The birth trauma coursing brachial plexus injury should be excluded; 4. Upper limb dysfunction is just symptom of other desease,such as craniocerebral trauma; 5. Pregnancy or breast-feeding women and allergic constitution; 6. Combining with serious primary diseases of circulatory system,liver,kidney, hemopoietic system, respiratory system and psychopath; 7. The subjects with history of epilepsy and psychological disorder including PTSD and depression should beexcluded; 8. The subjects had been accepted other therapies which may be influence the test; 9. The subjects that does not accord with the inclusive criteria,can not be treatment adherence and judged curative effect should be excluded.Besides, the subjects whose information is not complete also should be excluded.
