Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who complain snoring during sleep or feel suffocated at night. Results of full night polysomnography indicate the num. of apnea and hypopnea per hour at least more than 5 and the minimal SpO2 was less than 90%. The age of subjects should be 25 through 60.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with AHI less than 5/hour, BMI>40kg/m2, excessive swelling tonsil more than III degree, asymmetric swelling tonsil will be excluded. Patients received tonsillectomy, UPPP, tongue root ablation, mandible advancement, et al. in the past also will be excluded.
