Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. left extremity of deep venous thrombosis, mainly iliac, femoral and popliteal vein thrombosis; 2. Left lower limb swelling; 3. Cockett syndrome confirmed by ultrasound, CTV or DSA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with active bleeding, surgery, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and needle biopsy were within 2 weeks; 2. Can not rule out aortic dissection; 3. Pregnancy, endocarditis, mitral valve disease, atrial fibrillation, and high degree of suspicion of left atrial thrombus; 4. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 5. Patients with liver and renal insufficiency; 6. Patients with incomplete coagulation function.
