22 Years to 72 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients had invasive mechanical ventilation; vasoactive agent wasn't used or had been evacuate; (2) sinus rhythm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) existing fluid infusion test contraindication (acute coronary syndrome, cardiogenic shock and evidence showing overload fluid); (2) being obvious right ventricular dysfunction, right heart failure and tricuspid regurgitation; (3) being younger than 18 years of age; (4) being gestation; (5) being intra-abdominal hypertension, bladder pressure measured by catheter >16cmH2O; (6) existing pneumothorax or pulmonary bulla Without drainage.
