Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (The following 4 items are all required): (1) Accord with diagnostic criteria of MDD in DSM-5; (2) HAMD score more than 20, BDI score more than 14 and SDS more than 24; (3) Aged between 20 to 45 years; (4) The participant signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (once any one of the following items meets, the subjects would be excluded) (1) Not meet the diagnostic criteria of MDD; (2) HAMD score less than 20,or BDI score less than 14 or SDS less than 24; (3) combined with other mental symptoms such as severe anxiety, mania, schizophrenia etc.; (4) with a craniocerebral trauma history; (5) bone and joint diseases and some other serious diseases associated with liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system etc.; (6) have taken immunomodulators and hormone preparation within less than a half year; (7) with an alcohol or drug abuse history; (8) any magnetic implant inside the body.
