Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: GC-induced ONFH: According to the use of the primary disease were divided into 1. diffuse connective tissue diseases; 2. kidney; 3. skin diseases. Applications selected by the hormone dose is divided into moderate -dose group (prednisone 30~60mg/d), high-dose group (prednisone more than 60mg/d). Traumatic ONFH: femoral neck fracture patients who need for internal fixation according to guidelines.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: GC-induced ONFH: 1. Used glucocorticoids; 2. severe cardiovascular or blood glucose levels were significantly higher in diabetic patients; 3. renal dysfunction; 4. drinking liquor more than three times a week; 5. ONFH patient or hip imaging abnormalities and other metabolic bone diseases; 6. younger than 15 years of age. Traumatic ONFH: osteoarthritis, hip dysplasia, arthritis and other diseases of the hip.
