20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. According to the diagnostic standard of "2009 European College of Cardiology guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension in pulmonary arterial hypertension" and the standard of classification, diagnosis of primary pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with congenital heart disease patients; 3. Pregnant women not associated with other serious obstetric complications, such as placenta previa, placental abruption, preeclampsia, eclampsia, etc; 4. Volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic standard of "2009 European College of Cardiology guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary hypertension in pulmonary arterial hypertension" and the standard of classification, pregnant women diagnosed as hereditary, thrombosis, portal hypertension, pulmonary disease association and so on, non primary pulmonary hypertension or rheumatic heart disease related pulmonary arterial hypertension; 2. Pregnant women associated with maternal pulmonary hypertension preeclampsia; 3. Pregnant women associated with HELLP syndrome; 4. Pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension heart disease pulmonary hypertension; 5. Pregnant women associated with other serious complications; 6. Refused to participate in this study.
