18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal corneal morphology with no corneal nebula or corneal macula; Manifest spherical equivalent of -1 to -6 diopters (D), the cylindrical diopter less than -3.00D; Refractive diopter maintained stable for more than 2 years; picked off soft contact lens for more than 2 weeks; picked off RGP for more than 4 weeks; Preoperative corneal central thickness measured by Pentacam more than 480 um and non-contact IOP less than 21mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Less than 18 years old; Any corneal diseases, corneal operations, eyes trauma or systemic diseases history; Keratoconus or susceptive keratoconus; Especially corneal macula and obvious pannus
