Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Part 1: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes who conform to the diagnosis and classification of WHO in 1999, 18-69 years old; 2. have a certain degree of education, clear consciousness and without cognitive impairment; 3. No physical disability, can walk independently; 4. Sign the informed consent and voluntary to this study. Part 2: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes who aged from 45-69 years old; 2. Exercise less than three times a week and 20 minutes everytimes; 3. HbA1c: 7.0%-10.5%; 4. Have a certain degree of fatigue; 5. Have certain cognitive ability, and can understand the purpose and content of this study and questionnaire; 6. Sign the informed consent and voluntary to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Part 1: 1. Have serious complications: ketoacidosis, proliferative retinopathy, diabetes foot, diabetic nephropathy dialysis; 2. Associated with cancer, serious cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 3. have dementia or mental confusisn/disease; Part 2: 1. same to Part 1; 2. exist other sports contraindications; 3. participants who voluntary withdrawal from this study or loss to follow-up for any reasons.
