Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Consistent with the diagnostic criteria of Ebola virus disease at early stage; 3. patients who must be voluntary to the trail and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac function, renal function, liver function is seriously unnormal; 2. Be diagnosed with Mental disorders; 3. The women during pregnancy or lactation; 4. Be diagnosed with other infectious diseases; 5. Poor adherence; 6. Deaths in 24 hours after admission.
