Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 131 hypertensive patients between 45 and 65 years old will be enrolled in this study. Including 98 patients were diagnosed with left ventricular hypertrophy by echocardiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypertension, coronary heart disease, heart failure, arterial fibrillation, previous myocardial infarction, and severe and chronic diseases of other organs.
