Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18 years and more; (2) pregnant woman; (3) informed consent; (4) can be a one-time completion of the scale of assessment and questionnaire survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)mental illness; (2)inability to perform a maximum Valsalva maneuver because of cardiac or pulmonary disease.
