Group GA:general anesthesia without iliac fascia block
Group GN1:general anesthesia combined iliac fascia block with 0.25% ropivacaine 30 ml
Group GN2:general anesthesia combined iliac fascia block with 0.25% ropivacaine 40 ml
Group GN3:general anesthesia combined iliac fascia block with 0.375% ropivacaine 30 ml
Group GN4:general anesthesia combined iliac fascia block with 0.375% ropivacaine 40 ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >= 65 year; 2. ASA class: I ~ III; 3. unilateral hip or femoral surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of allergies to local anesthetics; 2. the iliac fascia block area infected or existed tumor; 3. history of nerve-muscle diseases or paraesthesia of the lower limb by sick lateral; 4. coagulation dysfunction; 5. history of drug abuse; 6. difficulty of language communication; 7. visual impairment; 8. intraoperative bleeding > 500 ml.
