Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18 to 90 years male or female; 2) Glaucoma patient with IOP= 21 mmHg; 3) Patients with/without prior glaucoma surgery (Trabeculectomy); 4) Patient where the IOP is not adequately controlled with glaucoma medication, with IOP= 21 mmHg; 5) No previous intraocular surgery or laser treatment during the 90 days before ultrasound treatment Day; 6) Patient able and willing to sign approved informed consent form and agrees to attend all postoperative follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient diagnosed with normal tension glaucoma; 2) Previous cyclo-destructive procedure in the eye to be treated (Diode laser or/and cryotherapy); 3) Glaucoma drainage device implanted and still present in the eye to be treated; 4) History of ocular or retrobulbar tumor; 5) Ocular infection within 14 days prior to the UCP procedure; 6) Aphakic patient; 7) Ocular disease other than glaucoma that may affect assessment of visual acuity and/or IOP (choroidal hemorrhage or detachment, lens subluxation, thyroid ophthalmopathy, proliferative diabetic retinopathy, clinical significant macular edema).
