Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) agde=18 years; (2) meet the requirements of the China guidelines and consensus for diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease 2016; (2) patients collected by prospectively or their legal guardians can understand and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) brain hemorrhage in the head CT/MRI; (2) with a severe systemic systemic disease that is expected to survive for less than three months; (3) doctors who participate in the disease registration study believe that patients may not be able to provide continuous follow-up information.
