12 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. fractures failed to achieve cortical continuity more than cortices after surgery or conservative treatment for more than 6 months; or 2. fractures showed no radiographic progress for 3 months and unable to bear weight on the injured extremity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bone immaturities, infections, pathological fracture, unhealed wound, and systemic diseases which may affect bone healing as well as incomplete follow-ups were all excluded.
