18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic tympanitis perforations; 2. Patients with bilateral otitis media,only one ear will have an operation; 3. aged between 18-60 years old; 4. No surgery history of otitis media; 5. Central perforation of tympanic membrane in parp tensa was confirmed in out-patient examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ear ossicles lesion suspected,air-bone gap>30dB before operation; 2. Marginal perforation of tympanic membrane in pars tensa or flaccida; 3. Ossicular chain lesions was found during the surgery; 4. Need to have surgery of ossicular chain; 5. Poorly controlled diabetes; 6. Pregnant and lactating women, or those trying to conceive; 7. Patients couldn't finish follow-up; 8. Patients don't agree with the informed consent.
