Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The elderly not less than 65 years in Ningbo Ximen Community; 2. Can independently complete all the programs by themselves.;Inclusion criteria: 1. The elderly not less than 65 years in Ningbo Ximen Community; 2. Can independently complete all the programs by themselves.
