Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Lesions unable to be resect by EMR: LST-NG, particularly LST-NG (PD); Pit pattern Vi; 2. Carcinoma with shallow T1 (SM) invasion; 3. Large depressed-type tumors or large protruded-type lesions suspected to be carcinoma; 4. Mucosal tumors with submucosal fibrosis sporadic localized tumors in conditions of chronic inflammation such as ulcerative colitis; 5. Local residual or recurrent early carcinomas after endoscopic resection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe diseases of cardioncerebral vascular system, respiratiory system, renal and blood; 2. Combined with severe mental diseases; 3. With contrainications in colonscopy; 4. The patient who were thought couldn't complete the trial.
