Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 45 to 80 years old, male aged 50 to 80 years old; 2. bone mineral density T value < -2.5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary osteoporosis; 2. Treated with bisphosphonates, salmon calcitonin and estrogen; 3. A malignant tumor or mental illness.
