Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients in the operation room and maternals in delivery room in our hospital during Oct 1, 2017 June 30th -2018.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to participate in this study; minor; patients who did not participate in anesthesia; interrupted surgery for some reason; transferred to other hospital patients.
