Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed as non small cell lung cancer with TNM stage IIIB-IV receiving morphine therapy and under the treatment complied with NCCN guidelines.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. allergic to morphine; 2. history of asthma; 3. serious cardiac, pulmonary, liver or kidney dysfunction; 4. communication disorders or history of mental disease; 5. BMI32; 6. incomplete follow-up data.
