Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease for less than 5 years; 2. Patients within the jurisdiction of the Tianjin Municipality

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria; 2. patients with severe mental illness; 3. Patients who had not been contacted at three times during follow-up period; 4. patients who had not signed informed consent form.
