Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult male and non-pregnant non-lactating women; 2. Aged above 18 years old (include 18 years old), male body weight is at least 50kg, female body weight is at least 45kg, body mass index (BMI) is between 19~26 kg/m2; 3. Blood pressure, pulse rate, breathing condition and electrocardiogram examination are normal; 4. The diagnosis of NAFLD was made for all study participants according to the working definition of NAFLD in China as recommended by the 2010 Revised Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of NAFLD published by the Chinese Hepatology Association.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other chronic liver disease based on histology or pathogen diagnosis such as chronic viral hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, autoimmune liver disease,a1-antitrypsin deficiency, Wilsons disease, hemochromatosis and sclerosing cholangitis; 2. History of recent potentially hepatotoxic drug intake; 3. Weekly alcohol consumption=140g; 4. Renal dysfunction; 5. Hypo- or hyperthyroidism; 6. History of cardiovascular disease; 7. Serum calcium level of =10.5 mg/dL; 8. Current use of drugs known to influence 25(OH)D3 metabolism, including glucocorticoids and calcium/vitamin D supplements; 9. Severe disability, bone fracture; 10. Current infectious condition; 11. The presence of a tumor and severe anemia.
