18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years old; 2. IVUS/OCT guided coronary bifurcation lesion PCI of one stent strategy; 3. diameter of side branch >2.5m; 4. Voluntary informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction; 2. cardiac shock; 3. in-stent restenosis; 4. post CABGA; 5. use bare mental stent; 6. use Paclitaxel drug eluting stent kissing; 7. patient enrolled in another trail; 8. predictive life less than 1 year; 9. combined with other organs function failure; 10. chronic total occluted lesion.
