Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Qualitative Part: 1. Work at the agency more than 2 years; 2. participate in the risk assessment or prevention of pressure injury in daily work; 3. participate in this research entirely voluntary. Inventory Part: 1. Aged >60 years old elderly in senior care organizations; 2. consent of skin examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Qualitative part: 1. Resting at home for illness, marriage, birth and engage in advanced studies; 2. Interns and refresher nurses. inventory survey: Transfer from an already investigated senior care organization and have participated in this study.
