Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. Patients with cerebral aneurysm treating with clipping surgery; 3. Hunt-Hess grade I-II; 4. American association of anesthesiologists graded I-II; 5. The first operation performed on each day of the site; 6. Sign informed consent of CACS-ERNAS project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complex aneurysms, including large/giant aneurysms and special sites, requiring undergoing complex surgery; 2. There is infection or inflammation in the surgical area; 3. Severe complications of the disease (heart disease, blood system, respiratory system, digestive system, etc.); 4. Patients with mental illness or severe mental illness; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Unwilling or unable to receive regular visits; 7. ParticipatE in another clinical study; 8. Patients with advanced cancer or are expected to die within 1 years; 9. The researchers think who were unsuitable for admission.
