Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pituitary adenoma (confirmed by pathology) underwent transsphenoidal surgery; 2. Tumor diameter<3cm; tumor invasion range: <2 (Knosp classification), <B (Hardy Wilson classification); 3. No functional adenoma; 4. Aged 18-65 years old; 5. American Association of Anesthesiologists grade I-II; 6. KPS score=90; 7. Sign informed consent of ERAS project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is infection or inflammation in the surgical area; 2. Severe complications of the disease (heart disease, blood system, respiratory system, digestive system, etc.); 3. Patients with mental illness or severe mental illness; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Unwilling to sign informed consent; 6. Unwilling or unable to receive regular visits; 7. Participate in another clinical study; 8. Patients with advanced cancer or who are expected to die within 1 years; 9. The researchers think who were unsuitable for admission.
