Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged = 40 years old, Male = 50 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosis of postmenopausal osteoporosis and primary osteoporosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of secondary osteoporosis; 2. Patients with severe cerebrovascular diseases and neuropsychiatric disorders
