1 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Microscopy- confirmed patients with monoinfections of P. falciparum; 2. Aged 1–65 years; 3. Asexual parasite density =500 parasites/ul.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. Having taken any anti-malarial drug within the past 14 days; 3. History of hypersensitivity to any of the study drugs; 4. Severe dysfunction of kidney, liver and heart; 5. Severe malaria such as cerebral malaria, hyper body temperature (>41 degree C); 6. Unable to follow up.
