Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PART 1 1. Male aged varied 20 to 30 years old; 2. Moderate physical activity level, no high-intensity sports habits (such as habitual running, playing basketball, playing football and other sports habits), over the past year; 3. Healthy, no major organic disease, access to qualifications. PART 2 1. Weekly physical exercise and average exercise (without walking or walking tools) time =2 hours / week; 2. Aged varied 20 to 26 years old; healthy, no smoking, drinking and other bad habits; 3. BMI was varied from 18.5 to 23.9kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PART 1 1. Biochemical indicators [blood, fasting blood glucose, the indicators of liver function (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate amino transferase), the indicators of renal function (creatinine, urea nitrogen), the indicators of thyroid function (T3, T4, TSH)] are abnormal; 2. Abnormal blood pressure; 3. Suffering from metabolic diseases; 4. Milk allergies or intolerance. PART 2 Exclusion criteria: ? Physical discomfort; ? Significant changes in body weight nearly three months (the change of body weight less than 2.5kg); ? Biochemical indicators [blood, fasting blood glucose, the indicators of liver function (alanine aminotransferase, aspartate amino transferase), the indicators of renal function (creatinine, urea nitrogen) are abnormal.
