Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) the fingers are completely broken and accept the replantation of the fingers; 2) Aged 18-60 years old male and female; 3) Tamai Division III-V area; 4) refers to the body off time within 8 hours; 5) Those who have informed consent and signed informed consent before surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) combined with other parts of the same side of the upper limb vascular injury; 2) combined with atherosclerotic occlusive disease, arteriovenous thrombosis, aneurysm and Raynaud's disease and other peripheral vascular disease; 3) combined with single or multiple organ failure; 4) suffering from systemic disease, poor constitution, or complicated with severe organ damage, do not allow long-term surgery; 5) refers to those with multiple fractures or severe soft tissue injury; 6) finger vascular bed integrity of the degree of serious damage caused by the extrusion injury caused by the fingers off; 7) accompanied by mental illness history, dementia, etc. can not be normal, accurate communication and answer questions; 8) do not want or can not cooperate with the data collector; 9) maternal and other incompatible persons.
