Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-85 years; 2. Acute cerebral infarction in 12 hours after onset; 3. mRS<2 pre-stroke; 4. no history of infection in recent two weeks; 5. agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. type 1 diabetes mellitus; 2. can't complete MRI scan; 3. combined with severe neuropsychiatric disease; 4. Expected survival< 90 days 5. renal insufficiency undergoing peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis; 6. pregnant.
