Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (age =18 years), and at least one of the following conditions, the need for blood purification treatment: 1) less urine (urine less than 200 ml / 12 hours) or no urine (urine output less than 50ml / 12 hours); 2) serious acid-base electrolyte imbalance, drug treatment ineffective; 3) obvious manifestations of organ edema (especially acute pulmonary edema, acute left heart failure); 4) sustained high fever (body temperature greater than 39.5 ?), physical and drug cooling ineffective; 5) Filtration or dialysis of drug overdose; 6) need to enter a large number of blood products when there is pulmonary edema / ARDS risk; 7) Severe sepsis patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) end-stage renal disease, long-term dialysis patients; 2) end stage disease, irreversible.
