Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 and above; 2. Unilateral acoustic neuroma; 3. Hearing level at Class C-D acoording to AAO-HNS Classification; 4. Contralateral hearing level at Class A acoording to AAO-HNS Classification; 5. Skull width could contain bone-conducted implants; 6. Patients had approriate expectations about post-operative effects and could finish follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor general condition; 2. NF2; 3. Patients were diagnosed as other diseases.
