18 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PCOS diagnosed by Rotterdam criteria; 2. Body mass Index =25kg/m2; 3. Aged 18-39 years; 4. With previous good health, no serious systemic disease history; 5. Voluntary participation in clinical trials; 6. Sperm concentration>10×10^6/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Endometriosis (cystic, glandular myopathy/tumor); 2. impaired ovarian function; 3. Congenital uterine/genital tract malformation female; 4. Congenital chromosomal abnormalities in women (such as Turner syndrome); 5. Previous uterine, fallopian tube, ovary surgery history; 6. hypertension and coronary heart disease, diabetes family history; 7. History of thyroid and adrenal diseases; 8. No other serious illness resulted; 9. Other clinical trials that may have affected the results of the trial in one months.
