Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria are: for beginners: those who practice TC for less than 3-month; for Masters, are those who have more than 20 years of regular TC training practitioners; for Top Masters, are those who have more than 40 years of regular TC training practitioners and having high reputation in the field of TC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The exclusion criteria are individuals who are incapable to participate in TC exercise and have major confounding conditions which are known to affect mobility and cognition, including cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, neurological disorder, asthma, hearing and visual disabilities, communicable diseases, musculoskeletal disorder, and cognitive impairment with mini mental states score of less than 23.
