Interventions

Different Cohorts:Phase I: screening by Relapse Fear Scale and divide participants to high fear cohort and low fear cohort
Phase II: Attentional bias adjustment training or self-study the Handbook of mental health education, respectively

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years woman with grade 0 - III breast cancer; 2. postoperative and have completed all the radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 3. no cancer metastasis and recurrence; 4. no nervous system disease and mental illness; 5. Good vision or correct vision; 6. normal intelligence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: have take any hypnotic sedatives or psychoactive substances within 24 hours
