Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old; 2. underwent gastrointestinal or gynecologic tumor surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Organ failure, neuromuscular or neurological disorders, interference with the use of muscle or neuromuscular modulators (eg aminoglycoside antibiotics, calcium blockers, anticonvulsants, antiarrhythmic drugs and local anesthetics), preoperative electrolyte disturbances, general anesthesia Contraindications, the use of drugs in this study have allergic reactions, excessive obesity or weight loss.
