18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) papillary thyroid carcinoma was indicated by the biopsy pathology of thyroid tunmor; (2) diameter of tumor =10mm by preoperative imageological examination; (3) Endoscopic Thyroidectomy is agreed by the patients; (4) Aged 18 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the patients could not tolerate operation; (2) preoperative thyroid function is enhanced or decreased; (3) the patients have previous history of radiotherapy at the neck; (4) chronic thyroid inflammation is indicated in the preoperative imageology or biopsy pathology; (5) patients suffer from hypocalcemia or hoarse voice; (6) lymph node metastases is diagnosed preoperatively.
